Antalis brings inspiration to the Packaging Innovations event

Antalis (stand H24) will be bringing packaging inspiration to the Packaging Innovations event, which takes place in London at Olympia on 1st and 2nd December 2021, by welcoming visitors to a stand that will showcase the latest media trends, capabilities and sustainable packaging solutions.

The stand will demonstrate Antalis’ wide selection of coloured, textured and technically strong papers and boards, ideal for prestigious packaging applications. The extensive portfolio includes internationally trusted brands such as Keaykolour, Olin and Eska Black; products perfectly suited for luxury packaging in fashion, cosmetics and drinks markets. Other products on display at the show will include leading boxboards such as Performa Light™ and Invercote and the innovative Curious Collection range which offers a multitude of finishes and colours including; Curious Skin, Touch, Matter, Translucents, Metallics and Alchemy.

These ranges are supported by Antalis’ comprehensive in-house service suite for e-commerce outer packaging, providing solutions for every layer of the ‘unboxing’ experience.

Antalis will take this opportunity to highlight carbon offsetting in action - working alongside leading schemes to ensure that carbon credits fund the best projects, all material purchased from across Antalis’ papers and packaging ranges can be carbon offset, with some paper ranges, such as the entire creative papers portfolio, supplied fully carbon balanced by Antalis as standard.

Visitors to the stand will also be able to see the winning concept of a collaborative competition initiated by Antalis and Norwich University. ‘Dip’, a cosmetics brand targeted at swimmers, was the idea of student Lily Tye. Antalis, with the help of Pollard Boxes, has turned her design into a reality and the ‘Dip’ packaging will be unveiled at the show, where Lily herself will join Antalis on the stand.

Vicky Weatherington, Creative Papers & Specification Manager at Antalis comments: “Packaging Innovations is always an event highlight, providing a showcase of innovation and creative thinking around what’s next for the luxury packaging industry.  Our focus is to help brands enhance their identity and maximise shelf appeal to increase ROI, whilst balancing their environmental impact and regulating material costs. This year’s show is particularly packed with opportunities for visitors to gain insight on the latest products and to discuss the increasing relevance of sustainability in packaging.”
