Palletforce achieve Investors In People award

Palletforce has added another accolade to its growing list after being awarded the Investors In People standard.
The palletised distribution network received the IIP award for its business performance and the way it successfully manages its staff. "I am thrilled that Palletforce has secured this award as it is a reflection of how happy and proud our staff are," said Chief Executive Michael Conroy.
Feedback from the IIP following interviews with staff showed that employees felt a great deal of pride in Palletforce, a clear understanding of their duties and what was needed to carry them out successfully, an open door policy for everyone to communicate and genuine enthusiasm about being part of Palletforce.
The use of 'we' within the organisation was resounding, as was staff feeling appreciated and positive about their future here. "I would like to thank and congratulate everyone who helped us to achieve this prestigious award," said Michael. "This is however, only the beginning, we will strive and achieve the IIP Gold Standard."
This year Palletforce received the Gold RoSPA for the second year in a row as well as a place on the shortlist for the Motor Transport Awards, CILT Awards and IFW Awards.
