Speaking on behalf of the company, Chief Executive, Arjen Cooper-Rolfe said:

"Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined attending such a prestigious event, accepting an award for outstanding Customer Service on behalf of this company. Getting recognition by industry leaders and experts beyond our business is extremely satisfying and it is immensely reassuring to know that you're doing the right things and you're heading in the right direction.

This award gives myself and my team the chance to recognise and celebrate their achievements, and demonstrates that what we do as a team every day, makes a difference to our customers.

This business very rarely moves forwards in giant leaps and bounds...but more often in the small, incremental improvements we make day by day. Little by little, we are changing the face of the packaging industry and shaking things up in terms of the way customers are looked after. We go beyond packaging. Our Purpose is to deliver our customer's products to market with confidence and get better and better at what we do.

The journey doesn't stop here. We will no doubt experience more and more challenges, but we will continue to embrace these challenges. After all, a smooth sea never made a skillful sailor.

Finally, I would like to congratulate all the finalists. It proves that there are great businesses out there doing amazing work, despite many economic challenges."

Speaking on behalf of 1 Events Media, the host and organiser of the awards, Managing Director Mubarak Chati said:

"2017 broke all records in terms of the number of award nominations we received so to come away with a win is an achievement of which Involvement Packaging can be very proud.

"Every year, the E3 Business Awards give us a new insight into the many talented and hard-working businesses that are thriving in the North West. Despite uncertain economic conditions, companies, social enterprises and individual entrepreneurs remain undaunted; they continue to grow, to create jobs and to improve people's lives. Involvement Packaging is a fine example of that enterprising spirit and the E3 Awards are all about providing the recognition that such organisations deserve."
